At TrowTiere Precision Construction we recognize that our human resources are our most valuable asset.  That is a large part of the reason for our commitment to our rigorous Company Safety Plan. TrowTiere Precision Construction embraces project safety and awareness through continual training and project specific planning.
 
All employees undergo continual training not just in construction safety but in all aspects of their project involvement. TrowTiere truely believes in the idea of "lifelong learners" because the moment you stop learning is the moment you stop improving.
 
Site specific hazard assessments review the unique chances of unusual hazards to ensure as many as possible are identified; then this awareness is communicated to all persons on our job sites and to the Client in our project specific Site Logistics Plan. Weekly subcontractor safety meetings ensure every hazard recognized is eliminated or proactive measures are taken to protect everyone in the work environment. With renovations or construction on an occupied campus this often includes special measures to accommodate and protect client employees and the public.

The TrowTiere Company Safety Plan and project specific Site Logistics Plan are not only maintained on site by the Project Managers and Superintendents but are also made available to the Client Owner Representative and all TrowTiere Subcontractors through our online document portal.

Safety on all TrowTiere projects is not just a goal; it is a formal contractual obligation of each and every TrowTiere subcontractor to strictly enforce all aspects of our Company Safety Plan and Site Logistics Plan requirements with their workers in the field. As specified in the plans this includes compliance with OSHA/ADOSH and EPA mandated rules, and standards.

As a result of this rigorous compliance TrowTiere has not had any reportable injuries on any project to date!
